The crinkle-cut fries were a revelation, perfectly crispy and salty! Dining options were top-notch with a British pub and Japanese restaurant to satisfy every craving. Plus, staff at the pool pampered us with ice towels and fresh fruit – pure bliss!
Some large tour groups were about, but the hotel managed it all like pros, making sure everything still sparkled without a hitch.

The hotel boasts a diverse range of restaurants, with the breakfast team genuinely impressing me with an exceptional variety of dishes. My room was clean and spacious, making it a comfortable stay.
Although my initial room was not as expected, the staff's responsiveness turned things around. The dining options could be improved, especially in the in-room service department.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had a vast selection and the friendly staff made us feel at home. The hotel's location is also impressive, close to numerous attractions.
My kids wished the swimming pool was more family-friendly.

Great stay with awesome food!
Good vibes all around! The staff were super friendly and the buffet had loads of options, even for a veggie like me. Plus, they let me hang around till my late flight, which was a lifesaver! Just wished the in-room dining could've been quicker. had a nice time.
